佐野 圭亮 keisuke SANO
漆芸
1994 年 群馬県高崎市生まれ。
2017 年 東京藝術大学美術学部工芸科漆芸専攻卒業。
2020 年 同大学大学院終了後漆芸家として独立。高崎市内のアトリエにて作家活動
を展開 する傍ら都内を中心に作品を発表。第54回神奈川県美術展工芸部門 大賞、
AAC2018 (Art meets architecture competition) 優秀賞、日本漆工協会漆工奨学賞。
その他受賞多 数。2023年第9 回日展新入選。
高度な漆芸技法を複雑に組み合わせ高い水準の立体造形力をベースに分子生物学や宇宙論 などミクロとマクロの世界が見せる相似形や物質の相補作用から着想を構築し独自の世界 観を作品で表現。

Urushi
Born in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, in 1994.
Graduated from the Department of Crafts, Lacquer Art Course, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2017. After completing graduate studies at the same university in 2020, became an independent lacquer artist. While expanding artistic activities at the atelier in Takasaki City, the artist has been presenting works mainly in Tokyo. Received numerous awards including the Grand Prize in the Craft Division of the 54th Kanagawa Prefectural Art Exhibition, Excellence Award in AAC2018 (Art meets architecture competition), and the Lacquer Industry Scholarship Award from the Japan Lacquer Work Association. Also selected for the 9th Nitten Exhibition in 2023.
The artist expresses a unique worldview in their works, intricately combining advanced lacquer techniques with a high level of three-dimensional sculpting skills as the foundation, and constructing inspiration from perspectives in molecular biology, cosmology, and the similarities and complementary interactions showcased in the micro and macro worlds of nature and materials. This artistic approach is employed to create their distinct vision within their artwork.
Works are held in the Arakawa Ward Arakawa Library Yuinomori Arakawa and the Los Angeles county Museum of Art(LACMA)
